This is not a Copilot demo. It’s a practical walkthrough of an end-to-end workflow where agents design the architecture, generate the codebase, create API contracts, build UI, connect databases, write tests, and fix bugs — while I stay focused on decisions, not syntax.

You’ll see how a project that once took weeks can be shaped, scaffolded, and delivered in a single afternoon using a combination of vibe coding, multi-agent prompting, and iterative refinement inside Cursor. I’ll also share what still doesn’t work, the traps to avoid, and how to introduce AI-assisted workflows safely inside a team or organization.
