About the session

If you have trouble staying on track, getting started, or sometimes getting through the day, then this session is for you!

How can Paul Simon help you save resources? Can putting your running shoes in the way help you exercise? Can a vegetable assist you with being more accurate? Can making an X motivate you to keep going? If this makes you curious, join us for an exploration into managing your day more effectively with checklists, pomodoros, micro-habits and habit stacking - small but powerful tools that can assist you with changing your life for the better.

As someone with ADHD and a traumatic brain injury, John has struggled with these areas all his life.

We'll focus on using tips from Atomic Habits, Tiny Habits, Bullet Journaling, The Pomodoro Technique, The Checklist Manifesto, and Deep Work and how John has modded and combined them.

John has used (and uses) these techniques to assist him in many areas of life and wants to share these hacks with you. In this interactive and entertaining session, you'll see several examples and practical tips for getting started quickly.
