Building multi-agent systems with Microsoft Agent Framework
About the session
The Microsoft Agent Framework is an open-source development kit for building AI agents and multi-agent workflows for .NET and Python. It brings the best of Semantic Kernel and AutoGen into one framework, supporting modern agentic standards like MCP and Agent2Agent, making it easy to integrate with your existing apps and data.
To handle more complex processes, it also supports workflows, which link multiple agents and functions through graph-based orchestration using various agent patterns such as group chat, Human in the loop, and Magentic.
Come to this session to learn how to use MAF to design, build and deploy multi-agent systems, we'll be covering the core architecture, orchestration patterns, tool integrations and deployment options.
